Within the framework of the project "Shygys-Adaldyk Alany" in the city of Ridder, the freelance adviser to the mayor, the head of the project office "Ridder-Adaldyk Alany" and the monitoring group monitored the provision of high-quality services of the maternity hospital, the population service center and the employment center of the city of Ridder. The purpose of monitoring is to determine the level of satisfaction of service recipients with the quality, availability and procedures for the provision of public services by service providers, as well as to identify problematic issues in the provision of public services.
