March 1 – World Civil defense day

Today, the civil defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan is an integral part of the civil protection system and is intended for the implementation of a nationwide set of measures carried out in peacetime and wartime to protect the population and territory from the impact of the damaging factors of modern weapons of destruction, natural and man-made emergencies. The country's civil defense system includes central and local executive bodies and organizations. In anticipation of celebration of the world day of civil defense among the population, as well among the employees of organizations classified employees PSP Ridder are organized and work for the dissemination memos, brochures,as well on stand design by the Civil defence measures and actions in emergency situations of natural and technogenic character. In our time, when various natural and man-made accidents and threats of emergency situations occur daily, holding such events is very important. It provides an opportunity to teach the population the rules of behavior in a particular critical situation, to test the knowledge and skills of specialists in the field of life safety, and to identify problematic issues.
