Head of design office "Ridder -Amaldi Alay" together with the head of the Department of state-legal work of Orazbaeva G. S. monitoring of internal analysis of corruption risks for 2020 in the state "Apparatus of akim of Ridder".
During the monitoring of the internal analysis of corruption risks, it was found that during the period under review, there were no facts of corruption, and there were no persons brought to disciplinary, administrative and criminal responsibility for corruption offenses.
Recommendations on preventing corruption risks are given to state institutions:
- on an ongoing basis, in order to prevent corruption offenses, to conduct explanatory work, to get acquainted with changes in legislative acts related to combating corruption;
- to intensify work on compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption among civil servants;
- to hold meetings, lectures for the purpose of high-quality and timely consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities;
- continue to work on ensuring transparency of budget planning processes;
- fill in the open budgets and open NPAs portal in a timely manner;
to carry out information and explanatory work on the possibilities of obtaining public services through the portal "e-gov"on an ongoing basis.
