Within the framework of the World Civil Defense Day, the Ridder City Emergency Management Department together with the employees of the Department of Emergency Situations of the East Kazakhstan region conducted a practical deployment of the combined evacuation point No. 18 on the basis of the Ridder Agricultural and Technical College. The aim of the exercise was to determine the readiness of the administration BOT for the tasks of gathering, recording evacuated population and sending it to Board the transport and source points, to give practical skills of the participants in the deployment of precast evacuation center.
To create comfortable conditions for the evacuated population, a mother and child room, a medical center, a population collection point, a psychological assistance room, sanitary and hygienic rooms, and a dining room are located inside the point. The Department of Emergency Situations of the city of Ridder recalls that the preparation for the solution of civil defense tasks is an important duty of the state civil protection system management bodies and heads of organizations, it is an integral part of the activities carried out in peacetime and wartime.
