Dear fellow countrymen, soldiers-internationalists!

I congratulate you on the 32nd anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan!

Today we pay tribute to the soldiers of that war, to all those who remained true to their oath to the end. Who at the cost of their lives fulfilled their military duty. You bravely went through all the hardships and hardships of the "Afghan" war, showing high examples of courage, perseverance and heroism. We share all the pain of loss with those who lost their loved ones, husbands, and children in this war.

Please accept my sincere words of gratitude for the patriotic education of young people. You continue the glorious military traditions of the veterans of the Great Patriotic War with dignity, and your life principles, loyalty to the soldier's duty should continue to serve as a moral guide for our children.

I wish you good health, long life, happiness and well-being to you, your families and loved ones.
