Announcement of a competition to select potential developers for the construction of single-storey houses

 

In the period from May 30, 2025 to June 5, 2025, the Akimat of the city of Ridder announces a competition for the selection of potential developers for the construction and further purchase of 21 single–storey houses with a total area of 3,280 m2 (70 m2 – 12 houses, 85 m2 - 9 houses) in the city of Ridder on land plots provided by the akimat.

Potentialdevelopersmustmeet the followingqualificationrequirements

1.The potential supplier must have a license for construction and installation work (category3)

  1. A potentialsuppliermustbefinanciallystableandhave no taxarrearsexceedingsix times the monthlycalculationindex(MCI)established for therelevantfinancialyear by the lawon the republicanbudget.
  2. The potentialsuppliermust be absent from thelist of unscrupulousandnotsubject to bankruptcyorliquidation.
  3. The potentialsuppliermustcomply with Article6 of the LawonPublicProcurement.

*Note: potential developers with a land plot can participate in the competition.
