on the Activities of the State Institution “Department of Land Relations and Agriculture of the City of Ridder” on the Provision of Public Services for 2025
By Order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 29, 2022 No. 467/НҚ “On Approval of the Register of Public Services,” the List of public services provided by local executive bodies and subordinate organizations has been approved in accordance with the Register of Public Services. The State Institution “Department of Land Relations and Agriculture of the City of Ridder” provides 12 types of public services.
In 2025, the Department provided a total of 3,420 public services (individuals – 1,952; legal entities – 1,468).
Including:
Services provided in paper form (excluding those provided through the State Corporation): 118 (individuals – 92; legal entities – 46).
By types of public services:
- Determination of divisibility and indivisibility of land plots – 31;
- Extension of the lease term for land plots – 87 (individuals – 67; legal entities – 20).
Services provided in paper form, but which could have been delivered via the “Electronic Government” web portal and/or the State Corporation: 315 (individuals – 278; legal entities – 37).
By types of public services:
- Provision of land plots from settlement and village lands – 56;
- Acquisition of rights to land plots within cities of republican significance, the capital, regional and district-level cities (Stage 2) – 259.
Services provided through the State Corporation: 0 (individuals – 0; legal entities – 0).
Services provided electronically: 2,987 (individuals – 2,186; legal entities – 1,385).
Including:

By types of public services:
- Registration in the waiting list for obtaining a land plot – 201.
Services provided electronically through the State Database “E-Licensing”: 2,786 (individuals – 1,985; legal entities – 801).
By types of public services:
- Issuance of certificates for the right to operate tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms manufactured on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation, and road construction machines and mechanisms, as well as special high-mobility vehicles – 201;
- State registration (re-registration), deregistration of tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms manufactured on their basis, trailers (including those equipped with special equipment), self-propelled agricultural, reclamation, and road construction machines and mechanisms, as well as special high-mobility vehicles, and issuance of registration documents (duplicates) and state license plates – 205;
- Annual state technical inspection of tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms manufactured on their basis, trailers (including those equipped with special equipment), self-propelled agricultural, reclamation, and road construction machines and mechanisms, as well as special high-mobility vehicles – 264;
- Approval of land management (land surveying) projects for the formation of land plots – 1,563;
- Issuance of decisions on changing the designated purpose of land plots – 46;
- Issuance of permits for the use of land plots for survey works – 0;
- Acquisition of rights to state-owned land plots not requiring tenders (competitions, auctions) – 507.
