Report on the activities of the Department of Internal Policy, Culture, Language Development, and Sports of the City of Ridder in 2025

 

 

By Order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of the Register of Public Services" dated January 31, 2020, No. 39/NҚ (as amended by Order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 25, 2021, No. 407/NҚ. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan), the List of Public Services Provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Subordinate Organizations in accordance with the Register of Public Services has been approved.

            In accordance with the Rules for Assigning Sports Ranks, Ranks, and Qualification Categories, approved by Order No. 300 of the Chairman of the Agency for Sports and Physical Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 29, 2014, and registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 5, 2014, under the registration number 9675, the Department of Internal Policy, Culture, Language Development, and Sports of the City of Ridder provides the following public services:

  1. Assignment of sports ranks: athlete of the 2nd rank, athlete of the 3rd rank, athlete of the 1st youthful rank, athlete of the 2nd youthful rank, athlete of the 3rd youthful rank, and qualifications of categories: coach of the highest qualification level of the 2nd category, coach-teacher of the highest qualification level of the 2nd category, coach-teacher of the middle qualification level of the 2nd category, methodologist of the highest qualification level of the 2nd category, methodologist of the middle qualification level of the 2nd category, sports instructor of the highest qualification level of the 2nd category, sports judge;
  2. Providing housing for and using it by champions and medalists of the Olympic, Paralympic, and Deaflympic Games.

In January-December 2025, the Department of Internal Policy, Culture, Language Development, and Sports of the City of Ridder provided 167 public services for the assignment of sports ranks: 2nd class athlete, 3rd class athlete, 1st class youth athlete, 2nd class youth athlete, 3rd class youth athlete, and qualifications for categories: 2nd category middle-level coach, 2nd category high-level coach, and sports judge:

2nd category athlete – 28;

3rd category athlete – 22;

1st category junior athlete – 15;

2nd category junior athlete – 47;

3rd category junior athlete – 49;

Higher qualification category coach – 1;

Higher qualification category coach-teacher – 1;

Middle qualification category coach-teacher – 2;

Methodologist of the highest qualification level of the second category-1;

Sports judge-1.

No public services were provided for the provision of housing to champions and medalists of the Olympic, Paralympic, and Deaflympic Games.

During 2025, the public institution conducted educational activities and live broadcasts on social media to inform service recipients about the provision and receipt of public services in the field of sports.
