Population of the city of Ridder
The population is the number of people living in a given area at a given time. Current estimates at the beginning of the year are calculated based on the results of the last population census, to which the numbers of those born and those who arrived for permantnt residence in a given territory are added annually and subtracted from the number of those who died and those who left for permanent residence from this territory.
The population of the region as of February 1, 2026 is 50 022 people, including 1 673 rural residents. During the period from January 2025 to January 2026 (as of January 1), the population decreased by 823 people.
