On invalidation of the Resolution of the Mayor's Office of the city of Ridder No. 757 dated November 27, 2020 "On approval of zoning coefficients taking into account the location of the taxable object in the settlement of the city of Ridder"

 

In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan       "On Legal Acts", the Akimat of the city of Ridder DECIDES:

1. To invalidate the resolution of the Akimat of Ridder city No. 757 dated November 27, 2020 "On approval of zoning coefficients taking into account the location of the taxable object in the settlement of Ridder city" (registered in  the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 149220).
2. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of Ridder city.
3. This resolution comes into effect on January 1, 2027 and is subject to official publication.
