The main indicators of the industry
In January - December 2025, the index of the physical volume of industrial products (calculated from the dynamics of the production of the most important types of products) amounted to 90,6 % compared to the level of the corresponding period of 2024. Industrial products worth 178 271,8 million tenge were produced. In the mining industry and quarrying, the volume of production amounted to 353,0 million tenge, in the manufacturing industry – 164 402,9 million tenge.

In January - December 2025, the volume of mining increased compared to the corresponding period of 2024 (92,1%), the volume of ores other than iron ores (92,1%). The volume of light industry has increased (158,2%).
The supply of electricity, gas, steam, hot water and air-conditioned industrial production index was: production, transmission and distribution of electricity 106,6%, supply of steam, hot water and air-conditioned 72,5%.
Water supply; collection, treatment and disposal of waste, activities to eliminate industrial pollution in the reporting period compared to the same period in 2024, the index was: collection, treatment and distribution of water 89,9%, collection and treatment of wastewater 91,6%.
