On the repeal of certain decisions of the Akim of the city of Ridder

DECIDED:

1. To declare invalid some decisions of the Akim of the city of Ridder:

1) Decision No. 1 of the Akim of the city of Ridder dated September 28, 2020, "On the formation of polling stations" (registered in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts under No. 7611);

2) the decision of the Akim of the city of Ridder dated December 28, 2022, No. 2 "On Amending the Decision of the Akim of the city of Ridder dated September 28, 2020, No. 1 "On the Formation of Election Precincts" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 31399).

2. The State Institution "Office of the Akim of the city of Ridder" shall ensure that this decision is posted on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the city of Ridder after its official publication.
3. This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
