In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", the Methodology for calculating the annual estimate of expenses for the management of a condominium facility, as well as the methodology for calculating the minimum amount of contributions for the management of a condominium facility dated March 30, 2020 No. 166, with amendments made on October 18, 2025.
