Budget execution as of June 1, 2025
The city budget for 2025 is 12,285,778.0 thousand tenge. The revenue forecast for January-May 2025 was fulfilled by 126.9%, with a plan of 4,582,051.0 thousand tenge, 5,813,034.6 thousand tenge were actually received, an overfulfillment of 1,230,983.6 thousand tenge. Compared to 2024, revenues decreased by 1,643,002.6 thousand tenge or 78%.
The forecast of the city budget's own revenues was fulfilled by 133.7%. With a plan of 4,021,317 thousand tenge, 5,375,981.6 thousand tenge were actually received. By 2024, revenues increased by 122.1% or 971,597.4 thousand tenge.
Fulfillment of approved plans by category: - for tax revenues, 131.7% fulfillment, with a forecast of 4,006,596.0 thousand tenge, 5,275,812.2 thousand tenge were received. The growth rate compared to the same period last year was 121.6%;
- in non-tax revenues, the overfulfillment amounted to 33,772.5 thousand tenge, with a forecast of 6,921.0 thousand tenge, 40,693.5 thousand tenge were received. In comparison with 2024, revenues increased by 18,545.8 thousand tenge or 183.7%.
- in terms of proceeds from the sale of fixed assets, the overfulfillment amounted to 51,675.8 thousand tenge. In comparison with 2024, proceeds increased by 15,010.8 thousand tenge or 33.8%.
The development of the Ridder city budget (excluding mutually offsetting codes) as of 01.06.2025 amounted to 95.4% (plan - 2,699,019.2 thousand tenge, cash expenses - 2,575,103.2 thousand tenge). Balances as of 01.06.2025 are 123,916 thousand tenge (RB - 123,622.9 thousand tenge, OB - 97.6 thousand tenge, GB - 195.5 thousand tenge)
