Report on the activities of the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the City of Ridder"

on the provision of public services for 2024

 

 By order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Approval of the Register of Public Services” dated November 29, 2022 No. 467/НҚ, the List of public services provided by LEAs, subordinate organizations was approved according to the Register of Public Services.

 State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Ridder" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) through the portal "E-licensing" the following types of public services are provided:

  1. Provision of source materials in the development of construction and reconstruction projects (re-planning and re-equipment);
  2. Coordination of the sketch;
  3. Issuance of a decision to carry out a set of works on post-utilization of objects (demolition of buildings)
  4. Issuance of permission to attract money from equity holders (not required);
  5. Issuance of an extract on the account of the agreement on equity participation in housing construction (not required)
  6. Coordination of the placement of outdoor (visual) advertising objects in the right of way of public roads of regional and district significance (not in demand)

 Through the State Corporation and the e-government web portal:

  1. Issuance of a certificate to determine the address of real estate objects on the territory of the Republic.

 

 In 2024, the state body provided a total of 2330 public services (2265 to individuals, 65 to legal entities).

 Including:

 Rendered through the State Corporation: 682 (physical - 669, legal - 13).

 By types of public services:

 - Issuance of a certificate to determine the address of real estate objects on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 265 (physical -258, legal - 7).

 

 Rendered in electronic form: 1648 (physical - 1596, legal -52).

 Including of them:

 Rendered in electronic form through the web portal "Electronic Government" – 910. By types of public services:

 - Issuance of a certificate to determine the address of real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 910 (physical - 910).

 Rendered in electronic form through the SDB "E-licensing" - 738 (physical - 686, legal - 52).

 By types of public services:

 - Provision of raw materials in the development of construction and reconstruction projects (re-planning and re-equipment) - 442;

 - Coordination of the sketch (sketch project) - 242;

 - Issuance of a decision to carry out a complex of works on post-utilization of objects (demolition of buildings) – 145.

 The share of services for 2024 in electronic form was 70,7% (for 2021 – 82,2%)

 Services in the field of architecture and construction are still in demand.

 During 2024, service providers conducted explanatory events, live broadcasts, online fairs of public services in social networks, in order to familiarize service recipients with information about the provision and receipt of public services

Information on the provision of public services is posted on information stands in the corridors of the institution /s building. Employees were not sent to advanced training courses, training in new services is conducted by higner-level departments via videoconference. The provision of public services is subject to internal control by тhe Department, the offise of the Mayor of the citi of Ridder. There were no complaints about the results of public services in 2024.
