By the Order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Register of Public Services" dated November 29, 2022 No. 467/NK, the List of public services provided by M&E, subordinate organizations according to the Register of Public Services was approved. The State Institution "Department of Land Relations and Agriculture of Ridder" provides 12 types of public services.
In 2024, the department provided a total of 2178 public services (individuals – 1800,legal – 378).

- Determination of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots – 12;

- Provision of a land plot from the lands of a settlement, village - 21;
- Acquisition of rights to a land plot within the city of republican significance, the capital, cities of regional and district significance (stage 2) - 215.

- Issuance of certificates for the right to drive tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, land reclamation and road construction machinery and mechanisms, as well as special off-road vehicles -218;
- State registration (re-registration), de-registration of tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, trailers to them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, self-propelled agricultural, land reclamation and road construction machinery and mechanisms, as well as special off-road vehicles and issuance of a registration document (duplicate) and state The license plate for them is - 326;
