Report on the activities of local executive bodies and subordinate organizations of the city of Ridder on the issues of
provision of public services for 2024
By the order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the register of public services" dated January 17, 2025 No. 16 / NK, the List of public services provided by LEO, subordinate organizations in accordance with the Register of public services was approved. Local executive bodies of the city of Ridder provide 67 types and 119 subtypes of public services. There are regulatory legal acts (rules for the provision of public services) for all of them.
In 2024, state bodies of the city of Ridder provided a total of 7,092 public services (individual - 6,615, legal - 477).
Including:
Provided by service providers through the office (except for those provided through the State Corporation) in paper form: 12 (individuals - 11, legal entities - 1).
By type of government services:
- Determination of divisibility and indivisibility of land plots - 12.
Provided by service providers on an alternative basis in paper form through the office, but which could have been provided through the "electronic government" web portal and (or) the State Corporation: 98 (individuals - 83, legal entities - 15).
By types of public services:
- State registration (re-registration), deregistration of tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms manufactured on their basis, trailers for them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, self-propelled agricultural, land reclamation and road construction machines and mechanisms, as well as special vehicles with increased cross-country ability and issuance of a registration document (duplicate) and state registration plate for them - 3;
- Registration of citizens affected by nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site, payment of a one-time state monetary compensation, issuance of certificates - 1;
- Conducting annual state technical inspection of tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms manufactured on their basis, trailers for them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, self-propelled agricultural, land reclamation and road construction machines and mechanisms, as well as special vehicles with increased cross-country ability - 4;
- Provision of a land plot for construction of a facility within the boundaries of a populated area – 20;
- Extension of the lease term of a land plot – 66;
- Acquisition of the right to a land plot within the boundaries of a city of republican significance, the capital, cities of regional and district significance – 4.

- Reimbursement of expenses for home schooling of disabled children – 54;
- Registration of citizens affected by nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site, payment of a one-time state monetary compensation, issuance of certificates – 116;
- Assignment of sports categories: 2nd category athlete, 3rd category athlete, 1st youth category athlete, 2nd youth category athlete, 3rd youth category athlete and qualification categories: second category top-level coach, second category mid-level coach, second category top-level methodologist, second category mid-level methodologist, second category top-level instructor-athlete, sports judge – 159;
- Issuance of a certificate for determining the address of real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 482;
- Assignment of housing assistance – 28;
- Issuance and extension of permits for labor immigrants – 284;
- Provision of a land plot from the lands of a settlement, village – 16.

- Issuance of referrals for participation in active employment assistance - 842;
- Registration of the unemployed - 289.
Provided electronically through the service provider's information systems by direct contact with the service recipient and manual entry of the application into the information system (except for the "electronic government" web portal www.egov.kz, www.elicense.kz), including by type of service - 962 (individuals - 962, legal entities - 0).
By types of public services:
- Assignment of social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens by decisions of local representative bodies – 154;
- Registration of documents for providing disabled people with prosthetic and orthopedic care – 203;
- Registration of documents for providing disabled people with technical and auxiliary (compensatory) means – 415;
- Registration of documents for providing services of an individual assistant to disabled people of the first group who have difficulty moving – 13;
- Registration of documents for providing disabled people with the services of a sign language specialist for the hearing impaired – sixty hours per year – 1;
- Registration of documents for providing disabled people with special means of transportation – 18;
- Registration of documents for providing disabled people and disabled children with spa treatment – 62;
- Registration of documents for the provision of special social services in the context of home care – 60;
- registration of documents for the provision of special social services in medical and social institutions (organizations) - 36.
The most popular services are still employment, land use and in the field of architecture and construction.
In accordance with the plan for conducting control measures for the provision of public services for 2024, 5 inspections were carried out by the chief inspector of the akim's office.
During 2024, service providers carried out explanatory events, live broadcasts, online fairs of public services on social networks, in order to familiarize service recipients with the provision and receipt of public services.
