RESOLUTION

On the establishment of the right of limited use (public easement) to the limited liability company «Kar-Tel»
In accordance with subparagraph 5-1) of Article 18, subparagraph 2) item 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 10) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Ridder city DECIDES:
- Establish a limited liability company «Kar-Tel" BIN 980540000397, the right of limited use (public easement) for the purpose of laying and operating a power transmission line of a cellular base station, on a land plot located at the address: Ridder city, Ulba settlement, Kozlushka Mountain area, for a period of 3 years, with an area of 0.0960 hectare
- 2. The State Institution «Department of Land Relations and Agriculture of the city of Ridder» to take measures arising from this resolution.
- 3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the city of Ridder.
- 4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
