Clause 1 of Chapter 1 of the Rules

1. These Rules for organizing and conducting events for routine or major repairs of facades and roofs of apartment buildings aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city of Ridder (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) have been developed in accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", other regulatory legal acts and determine the procedure for organizing and conducting events for routine or major repairs of facades and roofs of apartment buildings aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city of Ridder.
