About making changes in the resolution of the Akimat of the city of Ridder dated December 6, 202 2 , No. 1119 " On approval of the Rules for organizing and conducting events for routine or major repairs
facades, roofs of apartment buildings, aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city of Ridder »
The Akimat of the city of Ridder RESOLVES:
1) the title shall be stated as follows:
"On approval of the Rules for organizing and conducting events for the reconstruction, current or major repairs of external walls, roofs of apartment buildings, aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city of Ridder ";
paragraph 1 shall be set out as follows:
“1. To approve the Rules for organizing and conducting events for the reconstruction, current or major repairs of external walls and roofs of apartment buildings aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city of Ridder” ;
2) in the Rules for organizing and conducting events for current or major repairs of facades and roofs of apartment buildings aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city of Ridder, approved by the said resolution:
the title shall be stated as follows:
"Rules for organizing and conducting events for the reconstruction, current or major repairs of external walls and roofs of apartment buildings aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city of Ridder ";
paragraph 1 shall be set out as follows:
"1. These Rules for organizing and conducting events for the reconstruction, current or major repairs of external walls, roofs of apartment buildings, aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city of Ridder (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) have been developed in accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", other regulatory legal acts and determine the procedure for organizing and conducting events for the reconstruction, current or major repairs of external walls, roofs of apartment buildings, aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city of Ridder. ";
the title of Chapter 2 shall be set out as follows:
"Chapter 2. Procedure for organizing events for reconstruction, routine or major repairs of external walls and roofs of apartment buildings";
the title of Chapter 3 shall be set out as follows:
"Chapter 3. Procedure for carrying out measures for reconstruction, routine or major repairs of external walls and roofs of apartment buildings";
paragraph 12 shall be set out as follows:
“12. The acquisition of works on reconstruction, current or major repairs of external walls and roofs of apartment buildings, aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance, is carried out by the Department in accordance with the legislation on public procurement.”;
paragraph 13 shall be set out as follows:
"13. Acceptance of work on reconstruction, routine or major repairs of external walls and roofs of multi-apartment residential buildings, aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance, is carried out by the Department with the involvement of persons carrying out technical supervision.";
paragraph 14 shall be set out as follows:
"14. Financing of measures for reconstruction, current or major repairs of external walls and roofs of apartment buildings aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city of Ridder is carried out from local budget funds."
