DRAFT SOLUTION
On approval of the minimum amount of expenses
for the management of a condominium property
and maintenance of common property of the condominium facility for 2025
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", the Ridder City Maslikhat DECIDED:
- To approve the minimum amount of expenses for the management of a condominium facility and the maintenance of the common property of a condominium facility in the amount of 55 tenge per square meter per month for 2025 in the city of Ridder.
- This decision shall enter into force upon expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
