RESOLUTION

On the establishment of the right of limited use (public easement) to the joint-stock company «Kazteleradio»

 

In accordance with subparagraph 5-1) of Article 18, subparagraph 2) item 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 10) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Ridder city DECIDES:

  1. Establish to the joint-stock company "Kazteleradio", BIN 000540002083, the right of limited use (public easement) for the purpose of laying a power transmission line, located at the address: Ridder city, Butakovo village, (territory of the accounting quarter 05-083-034) for a period of 3 years, without seizure of land from owners and land users, with a total area of 0.0030 hectares, of these: 0.0026 ha – the area of the easement, 0.0004 ha – outside land users.2. The State Institution "Department of Land Relations and Agriculture of the city of Ridder" to take measures arising from this resolution.
  2. The acquirer of a public easement must comply with the technical requirements and Rules for establishing security zones of electric grid facilities and special conditions for the use of land located within the boundaries of such zones, approved by the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 2017.
  3. The subject of the right of limited use of a land plot must reimburse the private owner or land user for all losses related to the easement in the amount determined by the agreement on the establishment of a private easement.
  4. The State Institution "Department of Land Relations and Agriculture of the city of Ridder" to take measures arising from this resolution.
  5. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the city of Ridder.
  6. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
