On the establishment of the right of limited use (public easement) to individual entrepreneur Lydia Kurochkina
In accordance with subparagraph 5-1) of Article 18, subparagraph 2) item 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 10) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Ridder city DECIDES:
- 1. To establish to the individual entrepreneur Kurochkina Lydia Arturovna the right of limited use (public easement) for the purpose of operating communal networks of the 1st, 6th, 7th districts of the city of Ridder on land plots with a total area of 0.245 hectares located at the address: Ridder city, Samokvitova, Lev Tolstoy, Razin, Mayakovsky, Michurin, Voikov streets, 91 block, Jubilee, Barnaul, Griboyedov, Abai Avenue, for a period of 15 years, without seizure of land plots from owners and land users.
- The State Institution "Department of Land Relations and Agriculture of the city of Ridder" to take measures arising from this resolution.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the city of Ridder.
- This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
