By the Order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Register of Public Services" dated November 29, 2022 No. 467/NK, the List of public services provided by M&E, subordinate organizations according to the Register of Public Services was approved. The State Institution "Department of Land Relations and Agriculture of Ridder" provides 13 types of public services.
In 2023, the department provided a total of 1992 public services (individuals – 1732, legal – 260).

- Issuance of certificates for the right to drive tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self–propelled agricultural, reclamation and road construction machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles - 24;
- State registration (re-registration), de-registration of tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, trailers to them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles and issuance of a registration document (duplicate) and state the license plate for them is - 16;
- Conducting an annual state technical inspection of tractors and self–propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, trailers to them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles - 10;
- Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (contests, auctions) – 61.
