The volume of the city budget for 2024 is 9,766,548 thousand tenge.
The income forecast for January-february 2024 was fulfilled by 142,1%, with a plan of 1 445 497,2 thousand tenge, actually 2 054 601,1 thousand tenge were received, overfulfillment by 609 103,9 thousand tenge. Compared to 2023, revenues increased by 920 428,8 thousand tenge or 81,2%.
The forecast of the city budget's own revenues was fulfilled by 157,2%. With the plan of 1 065 170 thousand tenge, 1 674 273,9 thousand tenge was actually received. By 2023, revenues increased by 49,4% or by 553 860,7 thousand tenge.
Implementation of approved plans by category:
- in terms of tax revenues, implementation was 154%, with a forecast of 1 061 235 thousand tenge, 1 634 091,7 thousand tenge were received. The growth rate compared to the same period last year was 51,6%;
- for non-tax receipts, non-fulfillment amounted to 9 482,2 thousand tenge, with a forecast of 3 235 thousand tenge, 12 717,2 thousand tenge was received. In comparison with 2023, revenues increased by 9 705,3 thousand tenge or 4 times.
- according to the proceeds from the sale of fixed capital, overfulfilling amounted to 26 7655 thousand tenge. Compared to 2023, revenues decreased by 12,310.9 thousand tenge or by 31%.
The development of the budget of the city of Ridder (without mutually cancelable codes) as of 01.03.2024 is 97% (plan – 722886,2 thousand tenge, cash expenses – 701063,9 thousand tenge). Balances as of 01.03.2024 – 21822,3 thousand tenge (RB – 104 thousand tenge, OB – 20808,9 thousand tenge, GB – 909,4 thousand tenge).
- 20796,4 thousand tenge – reserve for the purchase of fuel oil (MF);
- 500 thousand tenge – no contract for services of PP “Parus Kaz” (GB) has been concluded;
- 215 thousand tenge – acts for a smaller amount (GB);
- 104 thousand tenge – savings on payroll with taxes (RB);
- 206,9 thousand tenge - other balances: return of invoices due to incorrectly specified details, change in business trip schedule, reduction in the number of recipients due to rounding, etc. (OB – 12,5 thousand tenge, GB – 194,4 thousand . tenge).
