In accordance with subparagraph 3-1 of paragraph 3 of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Road Transport”, Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Legal Acts”, Order of the Acting Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 26, 2015 No. 349 “On approval of the Rules for the transportation of passengers and luggage by road" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 11550) Akimat of the city of Ridder, DECIDES:
- Approve schemes for transporting children living in remote localities of the city of Ridder to secondary schools in accordance with Appendices 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 to this resolution.
- Approve the procedure for transporting children living in remote localities of the city of Ridder to secondary schools in accordance with Appendix 8 to this resolution.
- Recognize as invalid the resolution of the Akimat of the city of Ridder dated March 29, 2019 No. 230 “On approval of the scheme and procedure for transporting children living in remote localities of the city of Ridder to secondary schools” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 5825).
- Control over the implementation of this resolution is assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the city of Ridder.
- This resolution comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
