The volume of municipal budget for 2023 is 19 576 815,2 thousand tenge.
The revenue forecast for January- december 2023 was fulfilled by 100.7%, with the plan of 19 232 264,2 thousand tenge, in fact 19 369 887,1 thousand tenge was received, over-fulfillment by 137 622,9 thousand tenge. In comparison with 2022, receipts increased by 8 918 077,2 thousand tenge or 2 times.
The forecast of the city budget's own revenues was fulfilled by 101,7%. With the plan of 7 866 441 thousand tenge, 8 004 064,4 thousand tenge was actually received. By 2022, revenues increased by 25,3% % or by 1 613 597 thousand tenge.
Implementation of approved plans by category:
- in terms of tax revenues, the fulfillment of 100,8%, with a forecast of 7 736 834 thousand tenge, received 7 795 236,5 thousand tenge. The growth rate compared to the same period last year was 124,7% or by 1 541 557,9 thousand tenge.
- for non-tax receipts, over-fulfillment amounted to 70 534,7 thousand tenge, with a forecast of 42 801 thousand tenge, 113 335,7 thousand tenge was received. In comparison with 2022, receipts increased by 70 279,9 thousand tenge or 2,5 times.
- according to the proceeds from the sale of fixed capital, overfulfilling amounted to 8 686,1 thousand tenge. In comparison with 2022, receipts increased by 1 759,4 thousand tenge or 101,9%.
The development of the budget of the city of Ridder (without mutually accessible codes) as for 01.01.2024 years will be 98,2% (plan – 14 861 147,2 thousand tenge, cash costs – 14 597 790,2 thousand tenge). Balances as of 01.01.2024 – 263 357 thousand tenge (NF – 20 000 thousand tenge, ОВ: - 171 883,7 thousand tenge, GB – 30 433,3 thousand tenge).
- 40 000 thousand tenge – an agreement on infrastructure reconstruction has not been concluded. Independence (NF);
- 20 000 thousand tenge – the contract for the reconstruction of the highway bridge over the Gromotukha river (NF) has not been concluded;
- 103 790 thousand tenge – houses for socially vulnerable segments of the population have not been completed (NF – 1040 thousand tenge, OB – 102750 thousand tenge);

- 29 982 thousand tenge – there is no act of commissioning for the construction of water supply networks in the village of Butakovo (GB);
