Cultivated area – the area of arable land sown with agricultural crops. It includes: winter crops of the previous year, minus the winter death; spring crops sown this year on an independent area, including re- sowing of winter crops and perennial grasses sown this year (uncovered); perennial grasses sown in previous years jn the area that will be harvested this year, i.e. the mowing area that has been cut by spring.
