At the session of the maslikhat of the city of Ridder, held on 06.06.23, a decision was made "On approving the minimum amount of expenses for the management of the condominium facility and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium facility in the city of Ridder for 2023". The amount of the minimum amount of expenses is 43 tenge per sq.m. monthly. This decision will come into effect on July 1, 2023.
