In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Housing Relations”, the Ridder City Maslikhat DECIDED:
- Approve the minimum amount of expenses for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object in the amount of 43 tenge per square meter monthly in the city of Riddere for 2023.
- This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
