In accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 10-3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On housing relations", subparagraph 16-5) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of the city of Ridder DECIDES :
- To approve the attached Rules for compensation by the owners of apartments, non-residential premises for the costs associated with the repair and replacement of elevators, overhaul of an apartment building in the city of Ridder.
- The state institution "Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the city of Ridder" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the city of Ridder after its official publication.
- To impose control over the execution of this resolution on the supervising deputy akim of the city of Ridder.
- This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
