On approval of the Plan for Pasture Management and Use in the city of Ridder for 2022-2023

In accordance with subparagraph 2-1) of paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 13) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 1) of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Pastures", Ridder City Maslikhat DECIDED:

  1. To approve a Plan for pasture management and their use in the city of Ridder for 2022-2023 according to the annex to this decision.
  2. This decision should be sent to the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form for official publication.
  3. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
