On amendments to the decision of the Bidder City Maslikhat No. 49/5-VI dated November 30, 2020 "On the adjustment of basic land tax rates"

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 510 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget" (Tax Code), Ridder City Maslikhat decided:

  1. Make the following changes to the decision of the Ridder City Maslikhat No. 49/5-VI of November 30, 2020 "On the adjustment of basic land tax rates":

delete the first paragraph of the decision.
