In accordance with Clause 5, Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and the Standard Rules for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks (approved by Order No. 12 of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated October 19, 2016), an internal analysis of corruption risks was conducted at the "Vodokanal" Municipal State Enterprise (operating under the right of economic management) of the Ridder City Akimat (hereinafter referred to as the "Enterprise"). This analysis was carried out by a working group established by Order No. 233-P of the Enterprise Director dated June 24, 2026, covering the period from September 3, 2025, to October 3, 2026.
