In order to protect the health of citizens under the state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan, we draw the attention of citizens to the possibility of obtaining certain state services in the field of civil registration (registration of birth, death, repeated certificates) through the e-government web portal (www.egov.kz).

At the same time, order No. 103 of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 19, 2020 amended the Rules for organizing state registration of civil status acts, making changes, restoring and canceling civil status records.

According to the Addendum, " Certificates, with the exception of primary certificates of marriage (matrimony), on the dissolution of marriage (matrimony) on the joint application of the spouses, primary and repeated birth certificates after establishing paternity (motherhood) on the basis of a joint application of the child's parents are sent to the place of residence of the service recipient specified in his application by mail."
