The Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the East Kazakhstan Region (hereinafter referred to as the Department) informs that it is the responsible body for reviewing and approving special technical conditions.

Resolution of the East Kazakhstan Regional Akimat No. 60 dated March 14, 2022 "On Amendments to the Resolution of the East Kazakhstan Regional Akimat No. 199 dated August 01, 2013 "On Some Issues of the state institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Development of the East Kazakhstan Region" introduced the following additional function in the Regulation on Management:

• Coordination of special technical conditions when designing objects by individuals and legal entities that have specific parameters (characteristics, properties) for specified dimensions, design capacity, technological processes, functional purpose, as well as other special conditions for which there are no standards in the Republic of Kazakhstan."

At the same time, special technical conditions must be submitted with a cover letter.
