I express my deepest condolences to the relatives and friends of Galina Filaretovna Spivakova, a resident of the village who died in the fire. I also wish citizens affected by natural disasters good health and a speedy recovery.

The government and akimat of the region will provide you with all possible support and assistance! All those affected by the fire will take shelter!

I would like to note that this work is under special control of the president of the country Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. At the moment, according to confirmed information, 35 houses and 9 buildings have been burned.

According to preliminary estimates, we need two and a half months to fully resolve the housing issue.

During the meeting with the population, I told about the work plan and told about all the conditions. There are several unfinished high-rise buildings in Ridder, which we have purchased and are planning to complete. These shelters are made of bricks, and today, after meeting, I personally visited one of them. In the morning, together with the construction companies, we will evaluate the remaining houses.

If someone refuses a multi-storey residential building and insists on repairing the old one, we will repair it.

As for the restoration of documents, I would like to say. The police department and PSC will be engaged in this work starting tomorrow. We restore all documents in the same order.

As for property costs, payments are made in accordance with the law. A special commission works, determines the cost of expenses and deals with compensation in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

On the basis of the hostel of the agrotechnical college and the dispensary, places were organized for the settlement of all victims.

In the next two or three days, the cause of the fire will be determined.
