The month of Ramadan – the month of mercy and the time of charity

The holy month of Ramadan is known as the month of action, hope and caring for others. Several pupils of the regional special Youth Home in Ust-Kamenogorsk on this day received a portion of kindness and support from the staff of the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning.
