At the next meeting of the regional akimat, the issue of the implementation of state housing construction programs for 2020-2025 was considered.

At the end of 2020, investments in housing construction in the region amounted to 82.5 billion tenge, with an increase of 173% compared to 2019. In 2021, at the expense of all sources of financing, taking into account land-based housing, it is planned to build only 1,052 thousand m2 of housing or 10,936 apartments, of which 647 thousand square meters will be commissioned this year.

"It is worth noting that this year, a lot of work has begun in the region to stimulate the construction of commercial housing at the expense of private investment. The mechanism was developed jointly with JSC "SEC " Ertis". It is planned to start the construction of 19 commercial houses for a total of 26.0 billion tenge, " the head of the region, Danial Akhmetov, shared on his official accounts in social networks.

The publication also notes that within the framework of the regional program "One-Story East", 441 houses will be built on 59.2 thousand m2. By the way, thanks to this program, which provides for the conclusion of" offtake contracts with private investors " on price parameters, last year 206 houses on 36.6 thousand square meters were built and commissioned for large families.
