All about "Nurly Zher": the pace of the program in the region in 2020 was told in the Department of architecture and construction of East Kazakhstan region

For 8 months of 2020, 218.6 thousand square meters of housing were built and put into operation in the region for all sources of financing.

According to the Deputy head of the Department of building, architecture and town planning of EKO Azamat Aimanbetova, the program "Nurly jer" in the field is progressing rapidly.

In total, by the end of this year, it is planned to enter – 123.1 thousand. m2 of credit housing (total area of the house) for 1,680 apartments. -1.95 billion tenge was allocated for the construction of rental housing without the right to buy for socially vulnerable segments of the population. Planned commissioning at the end of the year – 355 apartments, of which 198 apartments were commissioned in 8 months; - 1.61 billion tenge was allocated for the construction of rental housing without the right to buy for large families. Planned commissioning at the end of the year – 193 apartments, of which 54 apartments were commissioned in 8 months. Also, by the end of this year, we can say that another 548 East Kazakhstan residents will be provided with rental housing, " Azamat Atmambetov shared.

In addition, this year, at the initiative of regional akim Danial Akhmetov, 188 one-story houses and 365 apartments are being built at the expense of private developers with subsequent purchase for mothers with many children. To date, 32 apartments have been built and purchased, and 333 large families will be provided with housing by the end of the year.
