How to get help on determining the address of real estate objects?

In the event of a change in the name or street number where your house is located, in most cases a certificate is requested that determines the address of the real estate. It can be obtained through egov.kz online.

To get started, log in to the egov.kz portal

In the search engine or in the subsection "Purchase, sale, rent" of the "Real estate" section, find the service "Issuance of a certificate for determining the address of real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

Order the service online;

Fill in the data for the current address of the property;

Select the type of property;

After that, it is proposed to clarify the address, or get a certificate indicating the address in the archive.

The requested reference must be ready online within 15 minutes!
