Residents of the East Kazakhstan Region Reminded About the Home Visit Service by PSC Employees
If a person is unable to visit a Public Service Center (PSC) due to health reasons to receive a particular state service, they or their representatives can request a home visit from PSC employees.
This service is available to people with health conditions causing permanent dysfunctions of the body, limiting their daily activities, including children with disabilities of the 1st and 2nd groups, as well as World War II veterans.
This service ensures equal access to public services for all citizens without exception, as emphasized by the state corporation.
To request a PSC employee to visit their home, the client or their guardian must call the contact center at 1414 and submit a request for the service. Afterward, PSC employees will contact the applicant to verify that all necessary documents are available. They will then schedule a date and time for providing the service with a home visit. After the request is received, PSC operators must contact the client within seven working days.
It is worth noting that among the most frequently requested state services are the issuance of passports and identification cards, digital signatures (ECP), and the appointment of pensions and allowances.
