It is now possible to register for both theoretical and practical exams at specialized Public Service Centers (PSC) only through the "PSC" app. This innovation has been introduced for the convenience of citizens and aims to eliminate corruption risks.
To ensure security, all users of the "PSC" mobile app undergo two-factor authentication: first, biometric identification, followed by confirmation of their identity via an SMS code sent from the number 1414. Afterward, the candidate for the driver's license needs to go to the "Register for Theoretical Exam" or "Register for Practical Exam" tab. Then, the user will receive another SMS. It is worth noting that the SMS message will be sent to the active phone number registered in the Citizens’ Mobile Database.
It’s important to mention that in order to register for the exam through the "PSC" app, applicants must first visit a specialized Public Service Center to submit an application and receive an application number.
This service will notify users about exam schedules and any changes, significantly improving convenience and the timely receipt of information.
As a reminder, earlier, registration for exams was done through the website booking.gov4c.kz. Now, this function will be disabled on the website, offering expanded features through the "PSC" app. However, the website will still operate, allowing users to view the live broadcast of the exam process in real-time.
Additionally, the app allows users to book a visit to the PSC, obtain an electronic queue ticket, find the location of a specific center, and check frequently asked questions.
It is worth noting that the "PSC" app is available for download on Google Play and the App Store.
