Semey city akimat holds a competition to provide land plots for rent for farming or farming, agricultural production.
Individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan are allowed to participate in the competition, with the exception of persons included in the register of persons whose land plots were forcibly withdrawn, as well as competition winners who refused to sign a contract for temporary paid land use (lease) of agricultural land within one year.
The application for participation in the competition and proposals must comply with the requirements of article 43-1 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003 and the "Rules for organizing and conducting a competition for granting the right to temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or agricultural production" approved by the order of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan from
December 20, 2018, No. 518.
Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition is carried out within fifteen working days from September 17, 2020 to October 7, 2020, at the address: East Kazakhstan region, Semey city, ul. Kayum Mukhamedkhanov, 8, GU "Department of land relations of Semey city of East Kazakhstan region", office 235, phone 8 (7222) 52-23-33, 52-28-39.
Opening of envelopes with bids and summing up of results will take place on October 8, 2020 at 10.00 am, at the address:
East Kazakhstan region, Semey city, 8 Kayum Mukhamedkhanov street (building of the city akimat).
The competition is declared invalid in the following cases:
- receipt of less than two applications in the competition for each land plot put up for competition;
- if less than two participants are allowed to participate in the competition for each land plot put up for competition.
Conditions and requirements for the use of land
1) use the land plot in accordance with its intended purpose;
2) carry out measures for the protection of land, their rational and effective use, provided for by the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) ensure the mandatory introduction and maintenance of crop rotation systems:
4) timely pay for the use of the land plot;
5) apply advanced production technologies that meet sanitary and environmental requirements;
6) perform other duties of the land user provided for by article 65 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan from
20.06.2003 year # 442-II.
