The inspectorate sends notifications of registration to the head of the city’s internal affairs agency and local institutions when registering a convicted person. They also monitor the behavior of convicts at the place of residence. After registration, the convict is called in for a conversation, during which he is explained to him the procedure and conditions for serving the sentence imposed by the court. Employees of internal affairs agents are involved in monitoring compliance with conditionally convicted public order.
After the conversation, a certificate is drawn up, which, together with the correspondence, is attached to the personal file of the convict.
That is, a person of probation, sentenced with a probationary period:
1) Twice a month, submit to the inspection a report on their behavior;
2) Performance of the duties assigned to him by the court;
3) Appear at the call inspection.
The inspection receives an explanation from the convict and makes a warning about the possibility of canceling the conditional conviction if the convict evades from fulfilling the duties assigned to him by the court or violating public order, imposing an administrative penalty on it. However, guided by Article 64 h. 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a submission is made to the local court to extend the probationary period, but not more than for one year.
