Verification of act records of individuals

Today we will talk about a service that allows citizens to digitize and check for up-to-date archival records for all 7 RAGS events (including those committed before 2008): birth, death, marriage, divorce, adoption, establishment of paternity, change of name. To digitize missing or correct incorrect information, it is enough to send scanned copies of documents through the eGov.kz portal.

For this:

* You need to find the service “Verification of acts records of individuals” on the main page of the portal;

* Next, a window opens where you can select the desired type of act recording;

* You need to Fill out the application submission category and click on the “Search” action;

* You need to fill in all the data requested by the portal, if there is an act record in the registry office according to the specified parameters;

* If the information provided is not found in the system, click the “Digitize Data” button and fill in the required fields;

* YOU need to download a scanned copy of the document by clicking on the "Download a new file" button;

* You need to confirm the application with an EDS or a one-time password.

The result of the service is information on the status of updating the information of the registry office. The term of the service is 1 business day, free of charge.
