The service recipients registered in the database of mobile citizens can not only use all the services and services of the egov.kz portal, for example, receive digital signatures or money using the Telegram mobile bot EgovKzBot2.0 and egov mobile, but also use proactive services.

There are two ways to register online in the mobile citizen’s database:

1) Through Kenes Virtual Assistant:

Click on Kenes Virtual Assistant located in the lower right corner of the egov.kz page and select your preferred language;

Click on the icon in the lower panel of the assistant and on the “Video Call” button under the text “Registration in the Mobile Citizens Base”;

You need to show your identity card, dictate the IIN, phone number and one-time password after receiving a video call by the operator.

2) Through the "My Account" portal egov.kz:

Go to the “My Account” portal egov.kz, in the column “telephone” indicate the mobile phone number and sign a request for digital signature.
