PSCs for legal entities will open in East Kazakhstan region

From May 18 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, 4 centers for servicing small and medium-sized businesses will be opened, one of them is a special PSC sector for car owners. Also, public service centers for legal entities will open in thirteen regional centers. The corresponding decision was made by the East Kazakhstan regional headquarters to ensure the state of emergency.

Acceptance of documents will be carried out subject to prior reservation of the queue by number 1414 or through a special service on the egov.kz portal, in compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements and social distancing.

For high-quality and prompt provision of public services, the branch of the state corporation "Government for Citizens" in the East Kazakhstan region recommends that entrepreneurs have a full package of documents with them, as well as observe the mask regime in public service centers.

In order to comply with sanitary and epidemiological standards, the branch employees will also work in masks and gloves.

It is worth noting that individuals will continue to receive public services online using the egov.kz portal, EgovMobile mobile application, eGovKzBot2.0 telegram bot and Facebook and Vk social networks.

The working hours of public service centers for legal entities are from Mon - Fri from 9.00 to 17.00, Sat - 9.00 to 14.00.
