Dear residents of the Kurchum region!

Akimats of rural districts have Call-centers for receiving data on reimbursement of utility costs for a state of emergency (based on Order No. 212 of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 18, 2020).

Categories of persons entitled to reimbursement of utility costs if there are personal accounts with utility providers:

1) invalids of 1,2,3 groups;

2) invalids and participants of the Second World War and persons equated with invalids and participants in the Second World War;

3) families raising children with disabilities;

4) large families;

5) pensioners with a minimum pension (excluding basic pension payments);

6) families of persons who died (deceased) in the performance of state or public duties, military service, while saving human life, while protecting the law and order;

7) citizens receiving TSA, including single pensioners.

Costs are reimbursed to utility providers on personal accounts of citizens belonging to the above categories and living in the settlements in whose territory quarantine has been introduced.

Reimbursement of costs to service providers is carried out in accordance with the Housing Relations Act in the following ways:

1) water supply;

2) water disposal;

3) heat supply;

4) power supply;

5) garbage disposal.

A citizen must submit an application to the Call Center of his rural or township district and report: 1) Name; 2) social status; 3) IIN; 4) address; 5) contact telephone number; 6) personal accounts with suppliers of public utilities with which the applicant has concluded an agreement.

Call centers are open from 9:00 to 18:30.
