About 200 cars of East Kazakhstanis registered online during the emergency

In Kazakhstan, during the period of the State of Emergency, 189 vehicles were registered online through the egov.kz portal.
Recall that since March 26, the work of public service centers and special centers across Kazakhstan has been suspended. Residents of the country can only receive public services on the e-government portal.
“We assumed that with the closure of special centers, the service for re-registering vehicles on the portal would not be in demand among citizens. All the same, many still prefer to register a car in a special CSC. But statistics showed that even during an emergency period, Kazakhstanis buy cars and can re-register them on their own, ”said Asemgul Baltasheva, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation.
The car re-registration service is available on the egov.kz portal in the "Transport and Communications" section. To obtain it online, the seller needs to log in to the egov.kz portal using an EDS, enter information about the car sold, send a request to check for fines and tax debts. If available, make payment through the e-government portal. Sign the application with an EDS. After that, the buyer will be able to familiarize himself with the application in his personal account on the e-government portal, where, after checking the fines, you can proceed to paying state fees for license plates, registration certificate and registration fee. The buyer confirms the transaction with his EDS. He will only have to go to the special center for numbers and a registration certificate.
